Plus, if she was under constant control, discourage, and pressure not only her mom but others. It makes sense why she is struggling to define herself. She could’ve done a great rebranding with right guidance and true identity. Instead of dissing her and making fun, people could’ve been a lil nicer. The problem is the demands of women. For women to say that a guy is attractive, he has to be almost perfect (0.1% of the population). On the other hand, for men, a normal woman or one who has one or another attractive feature is already considered attractive. Women have a much lower bar than men. I suppose it is something natural but it is still the root of this problem.

TLDR don't be afraid to be a kid as long as you enjoy things for kids, you literally can't miss out on adulthood, it will come eventually. I was "mature for my age" when I was 12 because I read a lot, but I still played outside, that was so fun. I wanted to try out skincare and makeup, I wanted to look alt, but my parents didn't let me even buy cremes for acne (I didn't have it severe, so whatever, but yea). It turned a bit when I was 16 and started dying my hair, and I remember wanting to have started caring about products at younger age, so that I would already know what to do and have a routine, but that's when my mom stepped in and said I'm free to experiment now, because at 16 you're still young and nobody cares about if you mess up your makeup or hair... And yea, she was kinda right, now I'm a university student at 22 and still nobody really cares about how my hair look, so... Idk where I was going with this lol. I think that teens take themselves too seriously and think they're already mature (I did too, we all do I think), so they might fear missing out on adulthood, or that they might think that if they don't do all the things now, they will be embarassing at older age if they won't know what to do with certain products. But at the same time, adults don't really care about whether the younger generations look presentable all the time, so feel free to experiment at later age (I sound 80 I'm sorry).

well that's the thing with Kpop, once it became successful/a trend they just went for quantity over quality, everyone looks the same, they dance the same, the music is becoming all the same, it's a mass production.
